Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ImmunoGold Money Back Guarantee Policy
Effective Date: 13 May 2025
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website (www.immunogold.co.za). It does not apply to purchases made via third-party retailers such as Takealot or Faithful to Nature.

As of the 24th of June 2025, the money back guarantee is no longer active. Any orders placed between the 13th of May 2025 and the 24th of June 2025 will still be eligible for the money back guarantee.
1. Our Commitment
We stand by the quality of our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee to ensure you shop with confidence.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email).
- The product may be used, but no more than 50% may be consumed.
Usage examples:
- A maximum of 30 capsules from a 60-capsule bottle of Ashwagandha.
- A maximum of 370g from a 740g tub of whey protein.
- A maximum of 60g from a 120g tub of Bovine Colostrum.
Products exceeding 50% consumption will not qualify for a refund.
3. Scope of “Not 100% Satisfied”
ImmunoGold supplements are designed to work gradually. For this policy, "not 100% satisfied" refers to cases where:
- The product was used as directed (correct dosage and frequency).
- A minimum of 10 consecutive days of usage was allowed.
- The customer did not experience any one of the advertised benefits.
- A brief, reasonable explanation of dissatisfaction is submitted.
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
4. Exclusions – When Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Personal preferences (e.g., taste, smell, texture).
- Failure to follow recommended usage instructions.
- Expectation of immediate results (less than 10 days).
- Expectation that the product would cure a disease, infection, or medical condition.
5. How to Request a Refund
Step 1:
Email us at info@immunogold.co.za with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for your refund
- Photos or videos of the inside of the tub/bottle to show its usage
Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions if your claim qualifies.
6. Processing Your Refund
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit, depending on your preference.
7. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests from customers who repeatedly claim dissatisfaction or whose purchase and refund history suggests misuse of this policy.
