Shipping Rates

Orders under R800: Flat rate of R75.

Orders R800 or more: Free shipping.

Shipping within South Africa only.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri).

Delivery takes 1–5 working days after dispatch (longer for rural areas).

Public holidays and peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) may cause delays.

Courier

All orders ship via The Courier Guy.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Important Information

Please double-check your delivery address — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

If no one is available to receive your parcel, redelivery fees may apply.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping will be charged.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage, but we’ll assist you in lodging a claim.

We may split shipments, change couriers, or cancel/refund orders if delivery is not possible.
